This mini Yoga Retreat is centred around the foundations of Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana), which goes beyond just alignment - it will deep dive into embodiment, strength, stability, and inner resilience. With a mix of asana, somatic exploration, breathwork, and reflection. Explore the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of Warrior poses - grounding into strength, standing in your power, and moving with intention. Build strong foundations - understand the shapes from the inside out.
Teas/coffee/kombucha and homemade cakes.

rs, intermediate and those with aches, pains, or movement restrictions; are all welcome. Individual adaptations are provided so you can find your own expression of the poses that feels just right for you.

3.00 pm Yoga Nidra – Connect with and clarify the layers of our inner warrior.
