This one-day yoga retreat at Gnosall Memorial Village Hall is on Saturday 11th May from 12-4 pm.


You will experience Somatic Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga/Affirmations and Breath Practice, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.

It is a convenient way to support your inner being and reconnect to the wisdom within.  Unwinding the deeply-held tensions and tendencies (samskara) held in the body, mind and breath begins a process of fundamental and transformative change. 

This longer immersion in a broader range of yoga practices will enable you to reconnect with your inner strength and truth. 

This is an invitation to drop into this deeper nourishing practice of yoga, I would love to welcome you!

Designed for everyone

From Beginners and Beyond

In this retreat, we’ll work with the Eight Limbs of Yoga, to rebalance the Five layers (panchamayakosha) of our embodied selves. Aspects of yoga philosophy will be gently woven into the movement practices. 


The movement is suitable for everyone. Beginners, intermediate and those with aches, pains or movement restrictions, are all welcome. Individual adaptations are provided so you can find your own expression of the poses that feels just right for you. 


You might feel inspired to come with a friend, partner or family member who might not have a regular yoga or movement practice.

The afternoon

  • 12pm – Arrive and Settle 

  • Welcome, Orientation and Introductions

  • 12.30 pm - Somatic Yoga Flow with Pranayama and Philosophical Exploration

  • 1.30 pm - Break for Tea/Coffee & Homemade Cakes

  • 2.00 pm Yin Yoga & Affirmations for inner peace - connect and clarify intentions 

  • with Breath Practice, Pranayama Meditation and Grounding Dhyana

  •  3.00 pm Yoga Nidra – connect with and clarify the layers of our being

  • Meditation and Grounding Dhyana

  • 4.00 pm say our goodbyes
