The evening is about supporting everyone to have fun and feel challenged but leave relaxed and energised with more confidence. Helping build flexibility and peace in the present moment. We can succeed if we put our minds to it.
Yoga & Supper
An evening of Yoga followed by a wholesome homemade supper, a choice of dessert and a glass of bubbly, juice, homemade kefir or kombucha.

The evening will start with Forrest's quick gentle warm-up followed by a calming vinyasa flow and then Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) both suitable for all levels of beginners.

So what is Yoga Nidra (a guided relaxation/meditation) sometimes described as yogic sleep that we practice lying down?
It is reported that 30 minutes of yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of sleep, and it's among the deepest sources of relaxation whilst still maintaining full consciousness.
