I am so excited to give you the details of my SPANISH YOGA RETREAT - It’s on an idyllic location: the perfect place to rejuvenate your body and mind and suitable for all levels of yoga, beginners welcome too. Set in the heart of a secluded green valley and surrounded by the dramatic beauty of the Andalucian Mountains, waterfall, caves and vibrant flora and fauna. Reached via a track that winds through orange and lemon groves. The stunning location will inspire a sense of serenity and tranquillity, inviting you to relax and unwind as well as making friends and sharing lots of laughs. Just 40 minutes away from Malaga airport but a world away from the stresses or urban existence. The nearest town with a train station is Alora just a 15 min drive. The centre is designed to have minimal impact on the 18 acres of unspoilt land, in harmony with the natural beauty of Spain’s Pizarra Mountains. Spending time on the properties eighteen acres with a luxurious salt water swimming pool, treatment room for a variety of treatments, haman and sauna. Accommodations are either in a main house or those who prefer to be closer to nature stay in a teepee, ME pods or geodesic domes. Spend the rest of your day chilling in the pool and beautiful grounds or indulge in a session in the sauna or steam room, or be treated by one of the experienced therapists on site. We will also be hosting a cinema night and a Yoga Party during the retreat and there’ll be optional trips into Malaga for a spot of sightseeing or shopping and/or a trip to the lakes for a walk and a swim.
